Retained, Hourly and Exclusive Searches:
Hourly Search Agreements
This fee is negotiated between the employer and our agency with a usual rate starting at $50.00. Our agency is hired by the hour for as long as they are needed to find candidates to fill a position. This arrangement offers great flexibility for the employer when our agency is needed only for a specific amount of time.
Exclusive Contingency Agreements (most popular)
This fee is contingent upon our agency finding a candidate to fill a job vacancy and the client in fact hires the candidate. If the candidate is not hired, then we don't get paid! The rate for this particular arrangement is negotiated between the two parties based on whether the position(s) are executive or non-executive ones and is usually a percentage of the candidate’s yearly base salary.
Job Fairs
The Fair Recruitment Agency, LLC will help our clients attract a large number of candidates by orchestrating, marketing, and managing a Job Fair that is specific to the client's organizational needs in any market. All the client will need to do is attend, interview, and select the candidates that you feel are best suited for the positions you offer.
Résumé Writing / Career Workshops
We provide certified professional résumé writing workshops for organizations, associations, groups, and individuals at a price that is negotiated with the client, and personalized to their needs. We will provide all of the training materials and tools.
